Shipping

• Shipping fees applied while purchasing are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect order.
• Delivery Timeline: 7-10 working days

Return

• We offer a 14 day return window on all domestic orders. If the item you purchased does not meet your expectations in terms of colour, fit or personal preference, you can raise a request for return within this timeframe at support@thisisbouncestore.com. After inspection, we will schedule a reverse pickup and a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Return Criteria

• Item must include the original seal and packaging.
• Item must be unused, unwashed and should be in the same condition as received.

Exchanges

• If you want to exchange the item purchased for an alternate size, you can email us at support@thisisbouncestore.com.
• Reverse Shipping Fee: ₹100 applies.

Cancellations

• In case of cancellation, initiate a request on website within 1 day of placing the order. Item exchanged once, cannot be exchanged a second time.
