Cancellation & Refund Policy

bounce.store™ believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• In case of cancellation, initiate a request on the website within 1 day of placing the order. An item exchanged once cannot be exchanged a second time.
• We offer a 14-day return window on all domestic orders. If the item you purchased does not meet your expectations in terms of colour, fit or personal preference, you can raise a request for return within this timeframe at [email protected]. 
• After inspection, we will schedule a reverse pickup and a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team - [email protected]. 
• Shipping fees charged at the time of purchase are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect orders.
• If you want to exchange the item purchased for an alternate size, you can email us at [email protected]. (Reverse Shipping Fee: ₹100 applies.)
• If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team, after looking into your complaint, will make an appropriate decision.
